Kecerdasan Intrapersonal dan Interpersonal dalam Penguatan Nilai-Nilai Islam Moderat di Pesantren
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out process of developing intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence in strengthening moderate Islamic values in Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding school, The second to find the moderate Islamic values resulting from the development of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence in Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding school, This study used a qualitative approach of descriptive type. The techniques chosen in data collection use observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study found that: (1) the process used in developing intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence in strengthening moderate Islamic values in Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school is with activities or programs that are in accordance with the values of the Santri Trilogy and Panca Consciousness Santri. (2) moderate Islamic values resulting from the development of Intrapersonal and Interpersonal intelligence tawassuth (middle attitude), tawazun (balanced), tasamuh (mutual respect or tolerance), syuro (mutual deliberation), ishlah (improvement), tathowwur wa ibtikar (dynamic and innovative) and muwathanah (love of the Motherland).
