Abstract

This study explores how the Astrow Nagihi Micro Enterprise optimizes its resources in the production of smoked salted eggs, applying principles from Islamic economics. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct interviews and observations. Findings indicate that leveraging local partnerships and technological innovations enhances resource efficiency. However, challenges such as limited capital and market access hinder broader expansion. Recommendations include further adoption of technology and collaboration with stakeholders to expand market reach while adhering to Sharia principles.
