EKSPLORASI PEMBIAYAAN USAHA MIKRO IB MUAMALAT DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN PELAKU UMKM PADA BANK MUAMALAT KCP SUMENEP

This study examines the role of Sharia microfinance (Bank Muamalat’s iB financing) in improving the income of MSME actors at Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep. A qualitative-descriptive method with field research was employed, involving interviews and observations with bank managers and MSME entrepreneurs. The findings indicate that iB Muamalat financing (e.g. mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah) provides significant capital injection to MSMEs, boosting business expansion and income growth. Most interviewed entrepreneurs reported increased sales turnover and business scale after receiving financing. These outcomes align with Shariah economic principles: equitable financing without usury can empower micro-entrepreneurs. Thus, Sharia microfinance via Bank Muamalat effectively enhances MSME welfare, though further efforts in financial literacy and support are recommended to maximize its impact.

PESANTREN SEBAGAI EPISENTRUM FILANTROPI ISLAM: PERAN STRATEGIS KIAI DALAM PENDIRIAN MARKAZ BAYT AL-MUSA’ADAH (MBM)

This research is motivated by the important role of pesantren as an Islamic educational institution that not only educates aspects of religious knowledge, but also instills social values such as care and solidarity. One of the tangible forms of this value is the culture of philanthropy that develops in the pesantren environment, especially through the figure of kiai as the originator and main driver. The purpose of this study is to reveal the central role of kiai in shaping and preserving the culture of philanthropy in pesantren, as well as how it affects the character and social care of santri and alumni.

This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with field research method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed to deeply understand the contribution of kiai in shaping the tradition of philanthropy in pesantren, especially in Mambaus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School through the Markaz Bayt al-Musa'adah (MBM) institution.

The results showed that KH. Masbuhin Faqih as the caregiver of the pesantren played a strategic role in establishing MBM and making philanthropic values part of santri character education. Through example, teachings, and social policies, he was able to build a sustainable and impactful philanthropic institution. MBM is a forum for channeling social assistance, education, health, and economic empowerment of the surrounding community. The culture of philanthropy developed by kiai has proven to be effective in forming religious, social, and independent santri, and expanding the role of pesantren as agents of social transformation in society.

This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling photos at the Sunan Bonang Tuban tomb tour using Islamic law analysis. The problem in this case concerns the practice of buying and selling photos at the Sunan Bonang Tuban tomb tour, precisely in Kebonsari where there are photographers who suddenly take photos of pilgrims when they get off the vehicle they are riding in, without any clear agreement on what the photos will be used for, then the photos are immediately printed to be sold to the people in the photo, without the knowledge of the people in the photo. Through field research using a qualitative approach, researchers use data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation obtained from statements or facts from photographers who are at the Sunan Bonang Tuban tomb tour. The results of this study indicate that photographers do not yet fully own the goods being traded (mabi') because the method of obtaining the photos is not permitted in the provisions of sharia so that it can damage the contract. In practice, some pilgrims feel uncomfortable because they are considered to be violating someone's privacy provisions, because the photographer takes pictures of the pilgrims unilaterally without asking for permission first and then sells them, while there has not been a clear agreement between the photographer and the pilgrim at the beginning.

TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PRAKTIK KERJASAMA TEBANTIGO ANTARA PEMILIK LAHAN DAN PENGGARAP LAHAN

The practice of tebantigo, which is developing in Ngambon Village, Ngambon District, Bojonegoro Regency, is a form of mutually beneficial cooperation between landowners and cultivators. This phenomenon is interesting to study because it is socially considered fair and productive, but from an Islamic legal perspective, its compliance with the provisions of the ijarah contract, which has certain conditions and pillars, needs to be reviewed. This study aims to analyze the compliance of the practice of tebantigo in Ngambon Village, Ngambon District, Bojonegoro Regency, with the principles of the ijarah contract in the fiqh of the four schools of thought. The practice of tebantigo is a system of cooperation between landowners and cultivators, where the landowner grants the cultivator the right to manage the land in exchange for the right to use it in the following season. Although socially this practice is considered fair and mutually beneficial, from an Islamic legal perspective, it is necessary to examine whether the contract fulfills the pillars and requirements of ijarah. This research is a field study using a descriptive analytical approach by reviewing classical fiqh literature, as well as field data through observation and interviews with tebantigo practitioners. The research results show that the practice of tebantigo is substantially similar to the ijarah contract, particularly in terms of the exchange of benefits and the inclusion of a reward element. However, in several respects, such as the clarity of wages and the duration of land use, this practice does not fully comply with the requirements of ijarah according to the four schools of Islamic jurisprudence. Therefore, the practice of tebantigo needs to be adjusted to the principles of transparency and clarity of the contract to align with Islamic law.

Konsep Mekanisme Harga Dalam Ekonomi Islam Menurut Pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun Dan Ibnu Taimiyah

Historically, humans used a barter system before the advent of money as a medium of exchange, but this system often created uncertainty in transactions. Over time, coins and paper money replaced barter, although the challenge of establishing fair prices remains. From an Islamic perspective, buying and selling is an act of worship that emphasizes the principle of justice to avoid harm between parties. Ibn Khaldun explained that prices are formed through the interaction of supply and demand, and are influenced by social and economic factors. He also emphasized the importance of price stability through market equilibrium and the role of the state in the distribution of goods. Meanwhile, Ibn Taymiyyah emphasized moral justice, rejecting monopolistic practices and hoarding. He argued that although prices are determined by market mechanisms, the state still needs to intervene, especially in emergencies.

This research uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, based on a critical analysis of the works of Ibn Khaldun and Ibn Taymiyyah, as well as other relevant literature. The ideas of these two figures are considered relevant in addressing the issue of modern economic injustice and can contribute to the establishment of a just and sustainable economic system.
