Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Articles sent to the editor MASADIR: Jurnal Hukum Islam should follow the technical provisions as follows:

  1. Articles written is the result of research or conceptual studies on Islamic Law, which includes: a) Islamic family law; b) Islamic Economic law; and c) Islamic law, both in terms of curriculum, teaching methods, learning model, educational psychology or some Islamic education issues as well as more problematic.
  2. The article is the work authentic and has never been published in book form other scientific or potpourri.
  3. Articles written by Indonesian standard must follow the 1.5 cm spaced on A4 paper with a length of 7000 till 9000 word article similar pages 20-25, written in Times New Roman font, size 12, and sent to the mail address: jalie.inkafa@gmail.com submitted no later than two months before the journal was published.
  4. Articles written with Arabic must follow the rules of spaced 2 cm on A4 paper with the word length 5000-6000 equivalents to 20-22 pages, written with Traditional Arabic font size 14, and sent to the mail address: jalie.inkafa@gmail.com submitted no later than two months before the journal was published.
  5. Articles written in English should follow the rules of spaced 1.5 cm on A4 paper with a length of 7000-9000 words equivalents to 20-25 pages, written in Times New Roman font size 12, and sent to the mail address: jalie.inkafa@gmail.com submitted no later than two months before the journal was published.
  6. Each article must be included articles submitted an abstract in English (if Indonesia) and Indonesia (if Arabic and English). With a maximum of 200 words and on each abstract is followed by keywords (keywords) up to 5 keywords.
  7. Name the author of the article (without an academic degree or title) included with the correspondence address, email address or mobile phone number.
  8. Reconciliation in the article using the model footnotes with attention to the peculiarities of reference referred to, such as books, translations, book-bound / volume, the book potpourri, articles in anthologies, journal articles, articles in the encyclopedia, the article on the website (internet), articles in mass media (magazines, newspapers, etc.), thesis, dissertation, or scripture. As an example:
