J-LANGUA applies a FREE Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the publication services, including the costs of review administration and management, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration for each paper, checking the article similarity by Turnitin, final editing stage of the paper, and production of articles in PDF.
