Abstract
Abstrak: Jual beli Follower merupakan salah satu transaksi yang semakin marak terjadi di kalangan masyarakat. Dalam transaksi ini penjual menawarkan penambahan Follower secara online dengan tarif dan jumlah Follower yang telah ditentukan. Setelah transaksi disepakati, pembeli mentransfer uang kepada penjual kemuadian penjual menambahkan Follower pada akun instagram milik pembeli. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas tentang bagaimana hukum transaksi ini dalam perspektif hukum Islam.
