MASADIR: Jurnal Hukum Islam is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by The Faculty Of Sharia Universitas Kiai Abdullah Faqih (UNKAFA) Gresik, Indonesia. 

Focus

Masadir: Jurnal Hukum Islam emphasizes the study of Islamic family law and Islamic Economic law in Islamic countries in general and specifically in Indonesia by emphasizing the theories of Islamic family law and Islamic Economic law and its practices in the Islamic worlds that developed in attendance through publications of articles and book reviews. 

Scope

This Journal specializes in studying the theories and practices of Islamic family law and Islamic law in Islamic countries and is intended to express original researches and current issues. This journal welcomes the contributions of scholars from related fields warmly that consider the following general topics;

Peer Review Process

MASADIR: Jurnal Hukum Islam uses a double-blind policy review, the initial authors and articles are not displayed until the articles are accepted for further review and publication. Each article sent will be evaluated on the basis of the following considerations:

• The results of scientific work are the work of the Original
• Conformity between methodologies and research topics
• Have a good analysis
• The ability to communicate with readers
• Based on the recommendations of the reviewer
• The normal time for screening and evaluation of manuscripts is four to six months from the date of receipt
• Articles submitted to Samarah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Hukum Islam can use Indonesian, English, or Arabic. However, abstracts must be in Indonesian and English.

Editor of MASADIR: Jurnal Hukum Islam has the full right to decide whether the article is accepted or rejected

Publication Frequency

MASADIR: Jurnal Hukum Islam is published biannually (issued in April and Oktober)

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Journal History

Journal begins publication in Volume 01 No. 01 in April 2021
