Abstract

In Islam we are required to know the true God, the God who is worthy of worship, namely through the words of Allah, because the Al-Quran is the guidebook for Muslims and is the main source. Of course, this is a matter for us to always learn and continue to explore the contents therein. As servants of Allah, we have been given many pleasures and gifts from the religion that He approves of, namely the religion of Islam, through the messenger of the most noble Prophet, Prophet Muhammad SAW and who gave the most noble revelation, namely the Al-Quran. So it is an obligation as the last Muslim community, the noblest people, the most numerous people, to always try to follow everything that has been brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, both regarding monotheism, morals, worship, conversion, and so on, all of which have been contained in the Koran. The purpose of this writing is to discuss Al-Quran verses related to Aqidah, a little material that comes from Al-Quran verses and Hadith. As for the results of this writing, the Ulama' Ahlu Sunnah wal jama'ah, (imam Abu Hasan Al Asy'ari and iman Al Maturidi) expressed their opinion. All of these books explain that Allah is the true God, there are many arguments that can be accepted by human reason or instinct, and are easy for many people to understand. Among them, God exists, and God's existence is a mandatory thing that cannot possibly not exist. Meanwhile, in conclusion, the Ayat Kursi contains many monotheistic values. Those who do not want to accept the teachings of monotheism cannot yet be considered Muslims. Therefore, it is very necessary to instill monotheism in the heart and mind, and leave the slightest doubt that arises in the heart and mind.
